Research & development

Today, the laboratory is developing promising new innovative tools:

  • Alternative tests to animal testing: development of new experimental models to replace the use of animals, e.g. 3D spheroids and organoids
  • Mechanistic tests: studies of the mechanisms of toxic action of the substances tested (study of DNA repair pathways, study of aneuploidy using the CREST method, etc.)
  • Screening tests: high-speed tests (ToxTracker), automation of certain stages of standard tests
